ADHD Body and Mind is currently a number 1 bestseller on Amazon
ADHD Body and Mind has become an Amazon number 1 bestseller, while continuing to rank highly across several health categories since its launch. In this personal reflection, I share some of the more human reality behind that milestone: caring about my parents’ fragile health, working within my own limited capacity, and trying not to push myself back into burnout. Above all, this is a note of gratitude to every one of you who has found in the book a little more language, kindness and nervous system understanding for your own ADHD body and mind.
