What is undō? Q&A + Free Breathwork Practice

If your body has been asking for rest, space, and a calmer rhythm, this session is for you.

Undō began as a simple idea. What if stepping away from the noise, softening the nervous system, and breathing with intention could help you return to yourself, not through force, but through presence. Over time, my colleague Daniel O’Shaughnessy (Nutritionist, Mindset Coach and Breathwork Facilitator) shaped it into a retreat that blends neuroscience, compassion, and breath with the quiet permission to simply be human again.

That’s why on Saturday 6th December at 3pm, we’re hosting an open Q&A session where you can learn what Undō feels like from the inside. We’ll walk you through the flow of the retreat, the practices we use to settle the body, and the way we weave breath, rest, and gentle movement into your system so you leave feeling clearer and more spacious.

The session will include a free guided breathwork practice based on Conscious Connected Breathing. You’ll get a small taste of how the breath can soften tension, shift mood, and help you regulate without effort.

You can learn more about undō here.
