Welcome to undō:
A complete nervous system reset
Fri 30 Jan – Mon 2 Feb 2026 | Bore Place, Chiddingstone, Kent, UK
Step away from the noise. Breathe deeper. Reconnect with yourself.
Undō is a 3-night immersive retreat designed to reset your nervous system through breathwork, yoga nidra, integration sessions, rewilding walks, and nourishing food held on the quiet grounds of Bore Place, a 500-acre organic and regeneratively managed historic estate, just an hour from London.
Book before 31st October and receive a complimentary online post-retreat group integration session.
Why undō
Modern life leaves us wired, restless, and disconnected. We push through stress, ignore trauma, and accept exhaustion as normal. At some point, the body says enough.
"Undō" means undoing what no longer serves: the layers of pressure, tension, and expectation, to return to a state of balance.
This retreat is your chance to slow down, reset, and reconnect with the rhythms of your body and the wisdom of nature.
What you’ll experience
Within a safe, nature-held space, you’ll experience:
Daily Conscious Connected breathwork. Six deep sessions across the weekend to release stored tension and expand awareness.
Yoga Nidra, Guided Meditation & Progressive Muscle Relaxation. Evidence-based, guided rest practices that restore the nervous system and rewire the body for calm.
Somatic movement to music. A gentle journey from stillness to free movement, guided by breath and body awareness to help you release tension, explore expression safely, and connect with yourself through rhythm.
Integration circles. Space to process, share, and make sense of what arises.
Expressive writing. An invitation to reflect, capture insights, and map your personal journey in a natural way that integrates the latest neuroscience findings but that doesn’t feel scripted or performative.
Rewilding walks. Reconnect with nature, unlearn separation, and remember your wildness.
Practical discussions. Tools and insights on nervous system health, trauma, and nutrition, enriched with the guides’ academic and lived experience, crossing themes of neurodiversity and body image.
Nourishing, 100% plant-based meals. Using locally sourced, seasonal organic produce. Full board, crafted to support the gut-brain, body and mind.
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice of breathing in a continuous, flowing rhythm without pauses between the inhale and exhale. Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes, giving enough time to move beyond the busy mind, release tension, and reach a deeper state of rest and awareness.
How it works
This connected breathing pattern increases oxygen flow, bypasses the busy mind, and helps release tension stored in the body.
What you may feel
People often experience deep relaxation, emotional release, tingling sensations, or insights. Every session is unique.
Why we use it
The practice helps regulate the nervous system, process unresolved stress or trauma, and create space for clarity and healing.
Safety
You’ll be guided step by step, with full support. You can always slow down or return to normal breathing at any time.
Is undō for you?
Undō is open to anyone who feels the weight of stress, burnout, or unresolved experiences in their body. It’s for you if:
You’re living in constant “fight or flight” and can’t switch off.
You want to go deeper into your health, beyond surface-level fixes.
You’re carrying trauma and want safe tools for healing.
You long to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
You don't need any experience with breathwork or visualisation, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Our commitment to you
Between us, we’ve lived through chronic stress, burnout, and complex trauma, some from the intersections we inhabit as queer, neurodivergent people, some simply from being human. Over the years, we’ve explored a wide spectrum of healing practices in our own journeys back to wholeness, so we know what truly helps and what’s just hype.
With critical eyes and open hearts, our priority at undō is to bring you practices that are grounded, effective, and deeply restorative.
