Talking about Disordered Eating and Neurodivergence at the Royal Society of Medicine

Drawing on both research and my own lived experience, I’ll explore why ADHD, autism, and other neurotypes face higher risks of disordered eating, and how insights from nutrition and neuroscience can shape more compassionate, effective care.

My session will explore how vagal tone links the body and mind, shaping resilience, emotional wellbeing, and recovery.
