ADHD Body + Mind

I wrote ADHD Body and Mind from a very clear conviction: we cannot understand ADHD only through the brain, nor care for it through willpower alone.

For years, I have worked at the intersection of neuroscience, nutrition, and mental health, but also from the lived experience of inhabiting a body and mind that do not always fit the rhythms the world expects. My book was born from that meeting point between science and real life, between data and the lived body.

In these pages, I speak about ADHD as something that happens across the whole nervous system, not just in the head. I write about attention, motivation, and emotional regulation, but also about rest, food, stress, the microbiome, trauma, and self-care. Always through a lens grounded in evidence, but deeply human.

I do not believe ADHD is a list of deficits.

I believe in understanding how each mind works, what each body needs, and how to create kinder conditions for living well, without guilt and without impossible expectations.

This is not a book to fix you.

It is a book to help you understand yourself.

To stop fighting your body and start listening to it.

To learn how to care for yourself without having to fit in.
