Welcome!
You’re not here by accident.
I’m Dr Miguel: clinical neuroscientist, nutrition and mental health researcher, and lifelong challenger of the idea that you have to choose between science and soul, brain and body, research and real life.
My work spans all the messy wilds of human life, from the lab to the clinic and the corporate boardroom. For over two decades I’ve worked at the intersections where neuroscience meets the microbiome, where nutrition shapes minds, and where neurodiversity and mental health are lived, felt experiences.
What ties all these pieces together is my belief that real wellbeing isn’t found by cutting yourself up into parts so you can “fix them” individually. It’s about stitching yourself back together to reveal the core of who you really are.
That’s your unique strength.
And that’s what I’d love to help you reclaim. Read on to find out how.
What I do
I blend neuroscience, nutrition, and lived experience to support people and organisations in building genuine wellbeing, bridging the gap between scientific insight and everyday life, and cultivating a sense of belonging where differences can truly flourish.
Here’s how I bring that to life:
Wellbeing for real people and real workplaces.
Boosting productivity is very 2005. I’m talking about creating spaces where both your body and your mind are respected, and where difference and emotion are valued, not hidden.
Science across boundaries.
Gut-brain health, nutritional psychiatry, neurodiversity, mental wellbeing… all woven together in practical, evidence-based ways you can feel tangibly, not just read about.
Applying research in daily life.
Helping you, your team, or your organisation move beyond surface solutions, so you can stop just coping and start living and working in a way that feels true to who you are.
Are you looking for more than a standard solution?
Do you want honest, embodied, science-backed change?
